Nikos Moraitakis is the co-founder and CEO of Workable, a company that provides one of the most popular HR management systems. He studied computer programming at Imperial College London and began his career with five years in IT consulting at Ernst & Young before transitioning to a leadership role in business development at Upstream. In 2012, he co-founded Workable with Spyros Magiatis, aiming to offer an efficient and cost-effective HR solution on the cloud for employers. Under his leadership, Workable has grown into a global company, serving over 27,000 companies across more than 100 countries.

He lives in Greece, where he is also actively involved in the local technology scene.
