Gerassimos Spyridakis is the Founder and CEO of Spheric Capital, a Multi Family Office boutique based out of Geneva Switzerland that offers holistic wealth management solutions alongside direct access to best-in-class Investment Managers and Private Market deal opportunities.  Prior to founding Spheric Capital, Gerassimos held senior leadership roles in global banking, serving as Global Market Head for Southern Europe, Israel, Monaco, Africa, and Turkey at Citi Private Bank and Bank Julius Baer. Gerassimos began his career in brand management and management consulting with
United Distillers, Gallaher Ltd., and Roche Pharmaceuticals, working across the UK, Greece, and Romania. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School,  Chairman of StartSmart South East Europe (startup accelerator affiliated with MIT University in Boston US and an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization). Over the past two decades, Gerassimos has been a founder, board member, and senior advisor to startups in artificial intelligence, digital health, and impact-driven ventures, with a particular focus on mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and fostering innovation with global impact.
