Julian Maslyankov is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in creating innovative solutions for enterprise clients, spanning both large international companies and startups. In October 2025, he was appointed Managing Director of Sirma FZE, Dubai, where he is responsible for developing commercial partnerships and delivering Insurtech and Fintech solutions for the region, as well as customized business applications built on the Low Code/No-Code Creatio platform. Until September 2025, Julian served as Vice President of Insurance Industry Services at Sirma and Director of Product Development for sHRedy (digital employment record). Prior to joining Sirma’s management team, he was the longtime CEO of HRM Solutions and TBI INFO, an IT consulting firm specializing in insurance and pensions, as well as the implementation and operation of ERP, CRM, HCM, and BPM systems. The company was fully acquired by Sirma Group Holding in 2021.
