Maria Koletsou is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and the Founder of Blossom Ventures—a Europe-based female investors’ club established in 2024. Alongside direct startup backing, Blossom also acts as an LP in select US tech funds, providing its members with exposure to both primary and secondary markets. Maria previously co-founded Novus Finance, where she was instrumental in raising more than €3 billion for over 190 growth-stage companies. Since 2005, she has also been an active angel investor through ARATOR Holdings, focusing on strategic business innovation and disruptive branding. Earlier in her career, Maria built deep expertise in emerging fixed income markets, with professional experience across the US, Russia, and the U.
